Nowadays everything is changing at breakneck speed. We are living the boom of social networks that make us share an unthinkable amount of information only 5 years ago. Changes in trends are now shared globally and, of course, there are also new trends in the world of wedding video. Nowadays, and supported by new technology in terms of video recording, HD weddings with a cinematic look are becoming more and more popular. I, personally, started flirting with this technology a couple of seasons ago, but it is in the current season when I have taken the definitive leap to record events with DSLR cameras. The texture of colour, the depth of field and the ability to play with selective focus give the images recorded with this equipment a more intimate and sophisticated touch that cannot be achieved with conventional professional video cameras, which transmit colder images. In addition, we use other tools during the filming such as: steadicam, traveling laptop, tablet dolly, portable crane and some other tricks that we keep up our sleeves. The use of these tools only enhances, with subtle movements, the beauty of a shot and increases the quality of the final product, differentiating my product from the competition with a unique and exclusive style.

As far as possible, I try to avoid posing, I prefer to let everything happen naturally. What I try to do is to document what happens on such a special day. I have nothing against traditional weddings, but sometimes the theatre and pantomime that is put on during the preparations, to give an example, denaturalises such a special moment, which in my opinion should be experienced in a completely natural way. So let’s be spontaneous!

One of the most important things is that we have been working with the best wedding planners for years and we know all their suppliers, photographers, DJs, decorators, florists, catering companies, etc. We all know each other and we are a big family, we also know perfectly how most of the hotels, beach clubs, cortijos, and churches work, all of this helps to get the best video of your wedding day.

• I do a limited number of weddings a year:

It is very easy to make the mistake of becoming a wedding machine and, for convenience and speed, to do a wedding from a template. You will agree with me that, even if we get married in the same church and celebrate it in the same hall as a family member or friend, our wedding should always be different and better. For this reason we study each event as unique, to try to squeeze the most out of all those little details that differentiate us from the rest and that will make your wedding video different and exclusive. Because of this, my work does not start the day of the wedding but, on the contrary, I plan everything well in advance. The interaction with my clients is continuous, that’s why I only do a limited number of weddings per year and only one per weekend.

• I have no problem to move around:

Mainly my work area is Malaga and province but I have no problem travelling anywhere in the world. I love to travel miles. 🙂
